BIM координатор/менеджер АР

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator/Manager to join our leading design and engineering firm in Minsk. You will work on landmark projects, helping to shape and implement our BIM standards while supporting the creation of high‑quality architectural models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce the company’s BIM standards and ensure their practical application.
• Prepare BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).
• Monitor BIM model development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure model integrity.
• Create and manage Revit families for architectural sections.
• Generate BIM models for client hand‑over and support the production of design and construction documentation.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Required profile

• Higher technical education in construction or architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM coordinator or architect in a BIM environment.
• Proven ability to create Revit families for architectural disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Experience with EIR coordination and BEP development is a plus.
