Built a Generative AI underwriting assistant using GPT‑4, Azure OpenAI and LangChain, enabling underwriters to query policy guidelines and historical claims in plain English. Designed and owned an end‑to‑end RAG pipeline that ingested policy documents, claims manuals and regulatory content into FAISS and Azure AI Search, fine‑tuning chunking and retrieval for accurate answers.
