Fractional CFO

About the role

The company is seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to shape its financial strategy and support executive decision‑making. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, the CFO will provide expert guidance on financial planning, reporting, and compliance on a part‑time or contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present financial strategy recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and coordinate company audits.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Manage relationships with banks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in financial strategy and reporting.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
