职位概况
GBS 客户服务代表负责为客户提供全方位的服务支持，处理客户来电、意见及调查案例，确保问题得到及时跟进和解决。
主要职责
- 接收并记录客户问题的相关信息。
- 通过现场电话和调查案例的方式了解客户需求。
- 监控并跟进客户案例的处理过程，直至案件结案。
- 在结案前核实并调查所有相关证据。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力。
- 能够细致记录并分析客户信息。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作。
