Senior System Administrator (Cloud, IaaS) - виртуализатор

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator specialized in cloud and IaaS technologies to join our team in Minsk. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our VMware‑based virtual infrastructure and supporting enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, HA/DRS clusters, and vMotion.
• Maintain virtual networks using NSX‑V, NSX‑T, Distributed Switches and Edge gateways.
• Operate and support VMware Cloud Director and VMware Horizon platforms for commercial and corporate clients (L3 support).
• Install and rack server hardware in the data centre, configure RAID, and manage IPMI/ILO access.
• Plan, design, and implement infrastructure solutions, integrate corporate information systems, and conduct pilot testing.
• Automate routine administration tasks and keep technical documentation and knowledge base up‑to‑date.
• Ensure high availability, perform upgrades of hypervisors, virtual machines, and network components, and manage VMware licensing compliance.

Required profile

• Higher technical education with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of VMware product suite (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, Cloud Director, Horizon).
• Strong understanding of virtual infrastructure architecture, DRS, HA, and vMotion.
• Experience with network virtualization (NSX‑V, NSX‑T, VLAN, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF).
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Ability to work with physical servers, RAID configuration, and remote management interfaces.
• English reading level sufficient for technical documentation.
