Creative Strategist - Belarus

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist & Graphic Designer to lead creative communication for fast‑paced advertising campaigns. The role blends strong graphic and motion design skills with a strategic mindset focused on ad performance for CPG audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative communication and work delivery, mainly via Slack.
• Translate ad concepts into compelling ad angles.
• Design static images and motion graphics to support various campaigns.
• Review ad performance reports and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and flag potential roadblocks early to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality creative output on schedule.
• Track performance data, spot trends, and adjust creative strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in a client‑facing creative strategist role.
• 3‑5+ years as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast‑paced CPG environment.
• Portfolio showcasing work for US‑based CPG brands.
• Intermediate‑advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive communicator.
• Strong ability to manage timelines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication and project‑management skills (C‑level).
• Availability to work full‑time aligned with EST hours.
