Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Brand

About the role

Egis Belarus, a leading generic pharmaceutical company in Central Eastern Europe, is seeking a Product Manager to drive the growth of its brands. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans that boost profitability, market share, and revenue over both short and long terms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated brand and marketing plans, combining classic, trade, and digital communication.
• Lead local execution of brand strategies, monitor budgets, and track performance against key KPIs.
• Identify and launch corrective actions to improve profitability and market performance.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach, designing competitive activities based on market insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams locally and internationally, including compliance, sales, logistics, and finance.
• Work closely with Headquarters Marketing following the Egis Marketing Operating Model (EMOM) guidelines.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong business leadership, teamwork, and project‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Expert use of Microsoft Office applications.
