Senior Google Ads AdOps Manager (Remote)

About the role

Allformance is seeking a Senior Google Ads AdOps Manager to lead high‑impact campaigns for global brands across fintech, e‑commerce, gaming and more. You will work remotely with a data‑driven consultancy trusted by Google, TikTok, Snap and Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and Display, handling keyword strategy, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
• Analyse GA4 and Google Ads data, conduct in‑depth account audits, identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable steps.
• Manage large ad budgets with a focus on CPA and ROAS, continuously optimising performance through A/B testing of creatives.
• Set up conversion tracking using GTM, GA4 and APIs, and adopt new Google Ads features and industry trends.
• Communicate strategies clearly to clients and mentor team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Google Ads management with proven large‑scale results.
• Strong command of GA4, GTM and conversion tracking; SQL or Python knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Russian proficiency for internal communications.
• Ability to manage multiple clients across different verticals, work independently and use AI tools proactively.
