Middle Influencer Manager

About the role

Quadcode is seeking a Middle Influencer Manager to design and launch creator campaigns for its global trading‑platform brand. You will work closely with the influencer marketing team and paid‑traffic specialists to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Source and assess influencers manually across social platforms and through influencer‑marketing tools.
• Use TikTok Content Suite to identify creators, analyse content and monitor campaign opportunities.
• Launch influencer advertising campaigns end‑to‑end: outreach, negotiations, briefs, approvals, content delivery and reporting.
• Generate creative concepts and briefs together with creators based on market and campaign insights.
• Analyse campaign results, identify successful approaches and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the paid‑traffic team to adapt creator content for performance campaigns.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube formats and trends.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with campaign metrics.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and proactive communication.
• English B1‑B2+ level and Russian C1 level.
