About the role

The company is looking for a Business Process Optimization Specialist who will also act as a Bitrix24 administrator. The role focuses on analysing current processes, designing efficient future models, and implementing automation and AI solutions to improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing (as‑is) business processes, identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Design target (to‑be) process models using BPMN 2.0 with an emphasis on efficiency and automation.
• Configure and maintain processes within Bitrix24, including CRM, smart‑processes, robots and automation tools.
• Lead cost‑reduction and operational‑efficiency projects, establishing KPI systems and measuring economic impact.
• Integrate AI, generative AI and RPA/low‑code solutions into business workflows.
• Create dashboards, analytical reports and data‑driven insights for management.
• Conduct interviews, facilitation sessions and support change‑management activities across departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a business or process analyst.
• Hands‑on experience with BPMN 2.0 modelling.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and automation principles.
• Professional experience as a Bitrix24 administrator.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
