Technical Writer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Writer to create and maintain user documentation for production equipment and enterprise software solutions. You will work with a Docs-as-Code approach, using lightweight markup languages and supporting multilingual content through AI‑assisted localization workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update user manuals for equipment operators, engineers, and ERP system users following the Microsoft Writing Style Guide and internal standards.
• Prepare and manage source files (e.g., Excel, reStructuredText) for HMI localization projects and maintain translation dictionaries and terminology resources.
• Maintain documentation for the internal ERP system, including administrative policies and procedures.
• Develop and keep specifications for machine‑to‑machine communication.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, and other subject‑matter experts to gather information and validate content.
• Test products and documentation from the target audience’s perspective to ensure accuracy, usability, and completeness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience creating technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a technical field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and in a structured manner.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management abilities.
