About the role

We are seeking an experienced accountant to oversee the full accounting and tax reporting cycle for two retail stores located in Minsk. The role requires ensuring compliance, accurate record‑keeping, and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain accounting and tax records for two retail outlets.
• Process primary receipt of goods, record inventory, and apply retail trade margins.
• Prepare and submit financial, tax, and statistical reports within required deadlines.
• Ensure legality and timely registration of primary accounting documents (PUD) and verify the correctness of journal entries.
• Develop and implement the company’s accounting policies.
• Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile stock levels.
• Monitor and control accounts receivable and accounts payable balances.
• Calculate and file applicable taxes accurately.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
