Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist will support customers across the region by delivering training, troubleshooting clinical issues, and promoting the effective use of advanced imaging modalities such as DR, CT, MR, and PET‑CT. The role bridges technical expertise with customer service to enhance satisfaction and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans for DR, CT, MR, and PET‑CT products.
• Identify and resolve customers' clinical problems promptly, fostering long‑term relationships.
• Collect feedback, clinical images, and case studies to support sales and product development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regional experts and reference hospitals.
• Assist sales and marketing teams with pre‑sales and after‑sales demonstrations, promotions, and exhibitions.
• Support customers in conducting clinical scientific research.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a radiographer/radiologist or 3 years as an application specialist in a single imaging modality.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, customer‑service orientation, and ability to travel frequently.
• High sense of responsibility and capacity to work under pressure.
• Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience with major manufacturers (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens) is a plus.
