Medical Representative (Minsk Region)

About the role

Egis Pharmaceuticals, a leading generic pharmaceutical company in Central Eastern Europe, is seeking an experienced Medical Representative for the Minsk region. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering accurate scientific information about our products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory according to the company’s business plan and values.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits with doctors, pharmacists and other HCPs to identify needs and promote products.
• Provide compliant scientific and medical information, adhering to local laws and industry codes.
• Gather feedback on product use and relay insights to internal teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company medications, therapeutic areas and clinical data.
• Plan daily and weekly activities, log all contacts in the CRM and submit regular performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adapting tactics to strengthen brand positioning.
• Support pharmacovigilance by reporting adverse events according to procedures.

Required profile

• Higher education in Medicine, Pharmaceuticals or Biology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Proven teamwork and networking capabilities.

Required skills

• CRM usage for client management.
• Pharmacovigilance reporting.
