Communication Graphic Designer

About the role

Quadcode is seeking a Communication Graphic Designer who can translate brand ideas into compelling visual language across multiple channels. You will work remotely or in a hybrid setting, collaborating with a global team to create high‑impact designs for a fintech SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creatives for advertising platforms such as email, Instagram, Facebook, and app store listings (ASO).
• Create and adapt 3D illustrations for social media content.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and social‑media managers.
• Optimize and automate routine design tasks.
• Animate and fully manage story‑type content.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong experience with AI‑powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Recraft, Krea).
• Excellent UI design skills, including component creation, tech support, and use of Figma variables.
• Ability to prepare visuals for landing pages and understand color correction, retouching, and object editing.
• Knowledge of lighting physics, perspective, collage creation, typography, and grid systems.
• Understanding of layout principles for web, dark mode, and animation formats.
• English language level B1 or higher.
• Willingness to work fully remote or in a hybrid office environment.
