主要职责

接听客户来电，记录客户诉求。
输入并调查案件信息，收集相关证据。
监控案件处理流程，直至案件闭环。
撰写并归档案件处理记录。

任职要求

具备良好的沟通表达能力。
能够独立分析并解决客户问题。
具备一定的英文阅读能力。
有客服或案件处理经验者优先。

必备技能

电话客服技巧。
案件记录与跟进能力。
