About the role

We are a transport company that moves goods from Europe, Asia and CIS countries using road, sea and rail. We are expanding our multimodal network and need a specialist to manage shipments from client request to warehouse delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Organise international multimodal shipments (road, sea, rail).
• Select optimal routes, calculate and negotiate rates with carriers and shipping lines.
• Coordinate bookings with maritime lines, ports, rail stations, road carriers and warehouses.
• Prepare and verify transport documents such as CMR, bills of lading and rail waybills.
• Monitor cargo movement at every stage and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct business correspondence and negotiations with foreign partners, carriers and agents in English.
• Maintain and develop the database of clients and carrier partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organising multimodal transport.
• English proficiency at least B1 (intermediate).
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures and international shipping basics.
• Confident in business correspondence and negotiations.
• Excellent written and oral communication, fast typing and ability to handle large volumes of information.
• Stress‑resistant, initiative‑driven and result‑oriented.
