Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

NRS is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Product Design team. You will work closely with UI/UX designers to create visual assets that enhance the clarity, engagement, and consistency of our digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Create illustrations, icons, badges, banners, onboarding visuals, and other graphics for use inside digital products.
• Adapt existing visual styles to new product surfaces and ensure assets fit naturally into product flows.
• Develop consistent iconography and illustration sets that scale across multiple products.
• Prepare assets for various screen sizes, resolutions, themes, and platforms, including simple motion graphics and micro‑animations.
• Maintain organized source files, reusable components, and visual libraries.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback quickly, and collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional or freelance experience in graphic, visual, or digital design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design fundamentals and digital work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within an established visual style.
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2) and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects
• Figma
• Knowledge of SVG, PNG, WebP, and vector export formats
• Basic understanding of designing for different screen sizes and pixel densities
• Experience with AI‑assisted image or asset‑generation tools (a plus)
