About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our contact‑center team. You will work with a friendly group that values personal interaction over strict scripts, helping individuals choose mobile operator services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using the provided database.
• Present and sell mobile operator services to private customers.
• Enter and manage client requests in the CRM system.

• Good listening skills and ability to sell through dialogue, not pressure.
• Willingness to share ideas and collaborate within a team.
