Middle UX Researcher

About the role

Quadcode, a fintech company delivering SaaS trading platforms, is looking for a Mid‑level UX Researcher to join its product team. You will work closely with designers, product managers and engineers to uncover user insights that shape the roadmap and ensure new features meet real customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate problem hypotheses from user signals and conduct qualitative research (interviews, usability tests) to validate them.
• Design and test solution hypotheses with customers, turning validated ideas into development tickets.
• Build and maintain a customer knowledge base and teach the product team how to run research independently.
• Organise and facilitate design sprints, acting as an internal research resource for other squads.
• Improve discovery processes, e.g., implement on‑site surveys and satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on UX research experience, preferably in fintech or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to run full‑cycle research: scoping, recruiting, conducting, and synthesising findings.
• Comfortable with high‑uncertainty tasks and adapting methods to new contexts.
• Strong autonomous work ethic, reliable with deadlines and capable of turning insights into concrete actions.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
