Senior Android Engineer – POS & Device Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer based in Minsk to join our distributed engineering team. You will work across product and infrastructure, building features for our POS platform while owning the Android device management layer that supports and manages our hardware in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement UI using Jetpack Compose and Compose Multiplatform, and develop new functionality with Kotlin Multiplatform for the POS app.
• Build and maintain MDM agent components on Android devices, handling device policy enforcement, enrollment workflows, and remote management actions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend teams across Minsk, Israel, and the U.S., participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring clear communication across time zones.

Required profile

• 7+ years of commercial Android development experience with deep knowledge of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Proficiency in MDM concepts, DevicePolicyManager, Android Enterprise, and background execution tools such as WorkManager and foreground services.
• Fluency in English and daily availability for at least 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern time.
