About the role

We are looking for an active, responsible, and communicative specialist to organise international road transport of consolidated cargo from Europe to Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan. The role involves handling a high volume of calls and messages, processing requests quickly, and finding optimal solutions for cargo consolidation and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Search for cargo to consolidate on transport exchanges and through the existing client base.
• Process incoming sales requests, calculate costs and delivery times.
• Arrange cargo delivery to the warehouse, plan routes and select appropriate vehicles.
• Prepare and verify shipping and accompanying documents (CMR, etc.).
• Coordinate drivers, receive and process trip documents.
• Resolve issues that arise during transportation promptly.
• Maintain and expand the database of clients and carriers.

Required profile

• Motivation to handle a large volume of phone calls and messenger communications.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility and stress resistance.
• Good written and spoken language skills; knowledge of English or Polish is a plus.
• Willingness to learn on the job and follow a mentor.

Required skills

• Proficient use of a PC and Microsoft Office applications.

• Base salary of 1,200 BYN plus performance‑based commission.
