About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage import purchases for our household goods segment, covering medium to high‑end professional cleaning products. The role involves coordinating orders, contracts, and supplier documentation to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute import procurement for medium, medium+, and high‑end product groups.
• Create, place, and monitor purchase orders and supply plans.
• Draft, negotiate, and control execution of foreign trade contracts.
• Manage supplier documentation including contracts, specifications, invoices, CMRs, and related paperwork.
• Ensure timely payments according to contract terms.
• Develop product nomenclature and calculate cost prices.
• Analyse price fluctuations and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement of household goods within the specified market segments.
• Strong desire and ability to learn and adapt.
• Understanding of pricing and cost calculation principles.
• Higher education qualification.
• Able to handle large volumes of information efficiently.
• Good knowledge of Belarusian legislation related to contracts, foreign trade, and pricing.
• English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
