About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Business Process Analyst to act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Working remotely, you will analyze current workflows, gather requirements, and help design systems that boost operational efficiency for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Create detailed documentation such as process maps, use cases, and user stories.
• Support testing, implementation, and post‑deployment enhancements.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven ability to document complex business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Business process modeling and mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
