Business Process Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our remote team and help map and document processes that support application modernization projects. You will work with legacy and mainframe‑class systems, translating their workflows into designs for modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Map and document business processes related to application modernization initiatives.
• Apply systems‑engineering concepts to analyze complex technical and business workflows.
• Support client‑facing consulting engagements through structured process analysis.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to produce accurate process documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business process mapping.
• Background in systems engineering.
• Experience in consulting or professional‑services delivery in project‑based, client‑facing environments.
• Familiarity with application modernization, including re‑architecting legacy or mainframe systems into cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
