Business Process Modeling Consultant (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Business Process Modeling Consultant to design and document detailed process models that support application modernization initiatives. You will work remotely with global clients, providing the structural foundation needed to re‑architect legacy and mainframe‑class systems for modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build comprehensive process models that capture workflows for legacy system modernization.
• Apply systems engineering principles to represent complex technical and business processes accurately.
• Lead client‑facing consulting engagements focused on process modeling.
• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders to refine models.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process modeling.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Proven consulting or professional services experience with project‑based, client‑facing delivery.
• Experience modernizing legacy or mainframe systems into cloud environments (Java, Go.NET).
• Excellent English communication skills.
