Capital Sales Manager – Surgical Robotics

About the role

Edge Medical is seeking a Capital Sales Manager to lead commercial development of its surgical robotics platform in Belarus. This entrepreneurial position will involve building market presence, establishing strategic hospital relationships, and guiding complex capital equipment opportunities from initial contact to system placement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve revenue and market development goals.
• Identify and cultivate new hospital accounts, surgeons and key opinion leaders.
• Lead the full capital sales cycle, including demonstrations, business case development, quotations, tenders, negotiations and payment collection.
• Maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and understand hospital budgeting and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with distributors, clinical sales, marketing and service teams to ensure successful implementation and long‑term account growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably with capital equipment.
• Proven track record of selling capital equipment to hospitals.
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement, tendering and capital investment processes.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building and business development skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
