About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Conversation Class Trainer (English) and deliver engaging online language lessons to business professionals worldwide. You will help executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers and other experts strengthen their communication skills for the global workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online group lessons in English to professionals from leading companies.
• Facilitate sessions using goFLUENT’s proven teaching methodology.
• Create an interactive virtual classroom that encourages active participation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in language teaching or corporate training (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
• Comfortable teaching via video‑conferencing platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional, learner‑focused attitude and a quiet workspace with reliable internet.

Required skills

• Windows 10 or later (or macOS Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma).
• Intel Core i5 12th gen or i7 11th gen processor (or equivalent).
• Apple M1‑chip MacBook Pro or Air.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM and at least 20 GB free disk space.
• High‑speed internet connection (≥10 Mbps download, ≥10 Mbps upload).
