Entry-Level Remote Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our international cleaning company on a fully remote basis. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates fluent in Russian and English who are eager to start a career in sales without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a database of potential and regular clients.
• Follow sales scripts, maintain reporting, and schedule meetings via phone, including cold calls.
• Transfer meeting requests to the inspection manager.
• Follow up with clients after sending commercial proposals, justify costs, address objections, and coordinate contract documentation.
• Coordinate service terms and inform clients about promotions and special offers.

Required profile

• No prior work experience required.
• Proficiency in Russian and English at B2 level.
• Comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong customer communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to engage effectively with clients.
