Fractional CFO

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Fractional CFO to steer our financial strategy and support executive decision‑making. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, you will shape financial planning, ensure compliance, and manage key banking relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create and present financial strategy recommendations to the CEO.
• Support and drive financial planning and analysis initiatives.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and coordinate company audits.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and regular management reports.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance and management.
• 5–7 years of professional finance experience.
• Excellent analytical abilities applied to financial data.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
