Full Stack Marketing Specialist

About the role

Andersen, a pre-IPO software development company offering a full cycle of services to enterprises and middle-sized firms worldwide, is hiring a Full Stack Marketing Specialist. The role manages multi-channel campaigns covering SEO, content, paid acquisition and analytics, and drives growth across global digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery sessions, interview stakeholders and run marketing workshops
• Work with senior and C-level stakeholders and identify the real business problem behind a client's request
• Translate business objectives into marketing strategy and conduct marketing audits
• Present and defend strategic recommendations, support pre-sales activities and define scope, approach and required marketing team
• Prepare and present proposals

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience and 2+ years in an agency
• Strong strategic marketing background and proven experience with marketing research and GTM strategy
• Broad understanding of digital marketing channels and experience building integrated marketing strategies
• Ability to link marketing activities with business and revenue outcomes
• Level of English from Upper-Intermediate+ and Russian from Advanced and above
