Head of SaaS Software Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Product Delivery to ensure our SaaS product portfolio ships on time, to spec, and repeatably as new clients are onboarded. You will bridge the gap between working prototypes and reliable, scalable solutions for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Design) to deliver coordinated solutions per client.
• Run delivery rhythm: sprint planning, stand‑ups, tracking, milestones, and go‑live dates.
• Lead individual contributors, manage workload, prioritize tasks, and remove blockers.
• Own end‑to‑end client onboarding from contract signing to live solution.
• Prioritize roadmap items, balancing urgent integrations, bug fixes, and feature requests.
• Build repeatable playbooks, intake templates, and delivery checklists for faster onboarding.
• Monitor risk and quality, escalating timeline or data issues early.
• Provide leadership with clear, regular delivery status reports.

Required profile

• Proven delivery/project‑management experience in a product or software environment, preferably within a services or agency setting.
• Strong operational rhythm instincts with visible tracking of sprints and deliverables.
• Comfort managing technical individual contributors without being the most technical person.
• Client‑facing competence to translate needs into concrete delivery plans.
• Bias toward execution over strategy, thriving on defined deadlines.
• Familiarity with adtech/martech ecosystems is a plus.
• AI‑fluent working style, understanding AI‑assisted development impacts.
