About the role

VIG TRANS is expanding rapidly and seeks a motivated B2B Sales Manager to join its Minsk office. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, closing deals, and driving revenue growth while representing the company in domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers across various industries.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and deals in the company’s CRM system.
• Travel frequently to client sites in Belarus and abroad to build relationships and finalize agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of proven experience in B2B sales.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
