About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to handle our automotive freight operations from China. The role focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth transportation processes, and delivering commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Interact proactively with existing clients through calls and meetings.
• Prepare and present commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Monitor all stages of cargo transportation, track shipments, meet deadlines, and keep clients informed.
• Resolve non‑standard or problematic situations that arise during transit.
• Review and approve shipping documentation and closing paperwork.
• Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices promptly, and follow up on payments.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience working with clients in international freight or logistics sales.
• Familiarity with automotive transport, especially routes involving China, is a plus.
• Ability to handle a high volume of requests efficiently.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in client development and retention.
