About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the industrial B2B market. You will act as the bridge between market opportunities, marketing, and engineering teams, shaping product strategy and influencing company direction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, develop product line‑ups and introduce new technologies.
• Identify and attract key clients, negotiate at C‑level, and present integrated solutions (equipment, engineering, service) with solid business cases.
• Lead projects from pre‑sale assessments through implementation, coordinating with design institutes and finalising technical specifications.
• Expand the supplier network and represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
• Manage project margins, collaborate with engineering and procurement, and maintain CRM analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project‑based B2B sales within industrial or engineering sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills with senior management.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and understand feasibility study principles.
• Systematic mindset: turn chaos into structure and ideas into contracts.
