Mystery Shopper – Luxury Retail

About the role

The consulting firm Made to Sell seeks a Mystery Shopper to evaluate luxury fashion retail outlets in the Minsk area. The role involves anonymously visiting selected stores, checking compliance with sales standards, and delivering clear, actionable reports. The insights gathered will help the client improve sales performance and customer experience across their network.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned luxury retail locations anonymously.
• Assess adherence to sales and customer service procedures.
• Document observations using the online reporting tool.
• Analyse findings and compile a final report for the client.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the assignment.

Required profile

• Experience, even minimal, in sales or marketing.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes.
• Independent, proactive and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Good observational and analytical skills.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools required; basic computer literacy is sufficient.
