Part-time Finance Manager – International Operations

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Finance Manager to support the day-to-day financial operations of VentorTech’s entities in Poland, Estonia and the United States. Working under the Senior Finance Manager, you will ensure accurate processing of transactions, timely reporting and act as a backup for critical finance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process bank statements, categorize transactions and keep financial data up-to-date in Odoo.
• Manage accounts receivable: monitor payments, follow up overdue invoices and document agreements.
• Support the full payroll cycle for employees and contractors, including data collection and coordination with external accountants.
• Prepare and verify data for monthly P&L, balance-sheet and cash-flow reports.
• Compile complete documentation for external accountants in Poland, Estonia and the US.
• Maintain structured financial records and archive invoices, payroll documents, bank statements and tax-related files.
• Observe internal deadlines, service-level agreements and provide operational backup during senior manager absence.

Required profile

• Practical experience in finance or accounting operations, preferably in an IT, consulting or service-based environment.
• Hands-on experience with bank transactions, invoicing, accounts receivable, payroll support or month-end closing.
• Good understanding of how financial processes link to reporting data.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, identify issues and escalate non-standard situations.
• Fluent English communication with colleagues and external accounting providers.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP (or similar international ERP system).
