About the role

The Field Specialist will support the execution of agricultural field trials for Syngenta Crop Protection, assisting the field scientist in gathering reliable data to evaluate crop protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the field scientist in conducting field experiments.
• Ensure field trials meet their predefined objectives.
• Collect and record data throughout the trial period.
• Help organise field tours for trial customers.
• Use and store resources and equipment responsibly while complying with safety and environmental policies.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or field scientist.

Required profile

• Higher education in agronomy or a related agricultural discipline.
• Previous experience in production or field work is a plus.
