Product Manager – Mobile & Multi-Location POS

About the role

We are seeking a driven Mobile Product Manager to lead our mobile merchant experience and expand multi‑location POS capabilities. You will partner with the head of product and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery for NRS merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Spend significant time with merchants to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
• Define strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality, scalable features quickly.
• Prioritize roadmap using customer insights, market trends, analytics, and business goals.
• Work with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support to ensure product‑market fit and adoption.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to improve performance and outcomes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• 5+ years leading mobile features and experiences.
• Experience building products for SMB or consumer‑oriented users with a focus on usability.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, iterative environment with high ownership.
• Ability to work hybrid from an NRS office three days per week.
