Product Manager – Mobile & Multi-Location POS

About the role

NRS is looking for a Mobile Product Manager in Minsk to lead its mobile merchant experience and drive growth in multi-location POS capabilities. Working with the head of product, you will define product strategy, set the roadmap and deliver POS features, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market teams and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and strategy through launch, adoption and continuous iteration.
• Spend significant time with NRS merchants and staff to understand workflows, pain points and unmet needs.
• Define product strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and feature specifications.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable features with speed and precision.
• Drive roadmap prioritization using customer insights, market trends, product analytics and business objectives.
• Work with sales, marketing, onboarding and support teams to ensure product-market fit and adoption.
• Analyse competitors and industry trends, and define and monitor key product metrics.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert and advocate for the customer's voice.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• 5+ years leading mobile features and experiences.
• Experience building products for SMB or consumer users, with a focus on usability and operational simplicity.
• Strong product discovery, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment with high ownership.
• Hybrid work three days per week from an NRS office.
