Repair Engineer – Dental

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Repair Engineer to join our dental solutions team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing dental 3D scanning and printing equipment, ensuring high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform product repair, problem diagnosis, and record repair data.
• Synchronize repair information with the headquarters team and support data analysis.
• Assist HQ in standardisation and improve local repair documentation.
• Provide pre‑sales demonstrations, installation, commissioning, and training for customers.
• Resolve post‑sales issues, conduct equipment maintenance, and create technical documentation.
• Support on‑site events, gather competitive product information, and feed feedback to R&D.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software; hands‑on ability preferred.
• Familiarity with digital dentistry scanning, 3D printing, and dental design software.
• Ability to assemble/disassemble electronic products.
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Russian.
• Proactive, analytical, fast learner with strong communication skills.
