Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Node.js, React, Angular

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help architect and build the core components of NRS’s new Restaurant POS platform. You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and designers across Israel and the U.S., contributing to the technical direction of the product.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications with a focus on Vue.js, React, Angular and Node.js.
• Own significant system components across front‑end, back‑end services, and APIs.
• Contribute to architectural design, technical planning, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross‑functional meetings across time zones.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong front‑end expertise with modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular).
• Hands‑on back‑end experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express, NestJS, or Fastify.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases.
• Experience building SaaS products or complex web platforms end‑to‑end.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Linux environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, especially when collaborating with U.S. teams.
