Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote - Belarus/Poland)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain high‑performance micro‑services and rich Angular front‑ends for our AI‑driven data platform. The role involves working on real‑time messaging, cloud infrastructure and video streaming components, collaborating across the stack to deliver end‑to‑end features.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable micro‑services using NestJS or Go.
• Build responsive Angular applications with TypeScript, RxJS and NgRx/Redux state management.
• Implement real‑time communication using Kafka, MQTT, native sockets and Socket.IO.
• Integrate video streaming protocols such as RTMP, HLS and WebRTC.
• Deploy and operate services on GCP and AWS, working with Kubernetes containers.
• Write and optimise APIs for high availability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in both backend (NestJS or Go) and frontend (Angular, TypeScript).
• Hands‑on experience with real‑time messaging systems (Kafka, MQTT) and socket programming.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
