Senior QA Automation Engineer - AWS & Salesforce

About the role

Flosum builds native DevOps, release management and data backup solutions for the Salesforce ecosystem, using an open-cloud architecture on AWS for its web applications and background processing. It is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer in Belarus to design, build and maintain an end-to-end automated testing framework that connects AWS cloud web applications with the core Salesforce architecture, ensuring secure and seamless sync of enterprise DevOps data.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an automated testing framework covering the AWS-hosted web application and connected Salesforce workflows.
• Automate end-to-end user journeys across platforms, such as actions in the cloud web UI that trigger deployments or metadata backups in Salesforce.
• Create stable UI tests for Salesforce Lightning that handle dynamic ID changes and Shadow DOM components (UTAM, Playwright or enterprise tools).
• Build API automation suites validating real-time data integrations, webhooks and secure queues between AWS and Salesforce.
• Integrate test suites into modern Git-based CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years in QA automation engineering, handling complex enterprise integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning architecture, metadata, security models and developer workflows.
• Solid experience setting up automated test steps in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab or cloud developer tools).

Required skills

• Code-first automation: Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, or Salesforce-specific tools such as Provar, ACCELQ or UTAM.
• REST API testing and SOQL queries for Salesforce database verification.
