Senior Technical Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Network Unit, driving the discovery and design of third‑party integrations for our mobility SaaS platform used by over 400 partners in 90 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own the discovery phase of integrations, turning business requests into implementation‑ready specifications.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, business development, engineering, support and external partners.
• Analyse integration opportunities, assess business value, technical feasibility and impact on the platform.
• Research APIs, technical documentation and integration capabilities to select optimal approaches.
• Collect, formalise and validate business and technical requirements, produce task specifications and Definition of Done.
• Participate in architectural discussions with architects and developers to ensure scalable solutions.
• Support product prioritisation through structured impact analysis.
• Maintain and improve documentation standards for integrations and technical discovery.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or System Analyst in tech/SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements and translate them into clear tasks.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, aligning expectations and communicating clearly.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking, evaluating business value and technical feasibility.
• Upper‑intermediate English and fluency in Russian, Belarusian or Ukrainian.
