About the role

TeleStream is looking for a specialist in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to drive the promotion and market development of its UPS product portfolio. The role combines technical understanding with commercial activities, focusing on market analysis, sales strategy and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brands from the current portfolio, especially ONTEK.
• Monitor and analyse target markets (Belarus, China, Russia, Taiwan, etc.) to assess relevance, size and strategic product opportunities.
• Track competitive landscape and contribute to sales‑strategy definition for the product line.
• Prepare marketing materials, organise events and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Define tasks for the content manager to publish product cards and advertising information on the website.
• Contribute to content creation for the official website, Telegram and LinkedIn channels.
• Develop sales campaigns, promotions and special offers.
• Generate project and warehouse orders, maintain stock levels and support logistics and customs clearance processes.
• Provide consultations and training for colleagues and partners, informing them about new products and solutions.
• Expand the product portfolio by identifying new market niches, products and suppliers.

Required profile

• Engineering literacy in the company’s product range and ability to analyse and make decisions.
• Proven experience launching and promoting new products.
• Good understanding of the Belarus market in relevant or related fields.
• Familiarity with IT‑system architecture and technologies is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with technical specialists and decision‑makers.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strategic thinking, goal‑setting and result‑orientation.
• Energetic, responsible, stress‑resistant and eager to learn.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips.
