About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Specialist to join our growing IT solutions company. You will work with an existing client base and actively acquire new customers, handling projects of various durations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound client inquiries and generate new leads.
• Lead short‑term (up to 1 month), medium‑term (up to a quarter), and long‑term (over a quarter) projects.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and conduct on‑site meetings.
• Create commercial proposals and participate in tenders, including electronic platforms Icetrade.by and Goszakupki.by.
• Coordinate with technical specialists, logistics, and tender departments.
• Oversee all stages of the sales cycle to ensure successful closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in IT reseller or system integration environments.
• Strong communication, systematic approach, and psychological resilience.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel within Minsk and across Belarus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
