Technical Product Manager - Digital Payments

About the role

IDT is looking for a proactive Technical Product Manager to join its Digital Payments engineering team. The team develops and maintains payment services, integrations and backend systems supporting millions of transactions. The role coordinates delivery, manages dependencies, identifies risks early and helps engineering teams stay focused on priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of technical initiatives across engineering teams
• Track progress, commitments, dependencies and delivery risks
• Proactively identify blockers and follow up until they are resolved
• Work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Product Owners and QA
• Help teams clarify requirements, priorities and expected outcomes
• Maintain visibility of project status, milestones and upcoming deliverables
• Organize and facilitate focused team meetings when needed
• Keep Jira and Confluence information accurate and up to date
• Communicate delivery risks early and propose possible next steps
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve delivery predictability

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical product management, project management, business analysis or a similar role
• English B2+ or higher, including the ability to take part in and facilitate meetings
• Experience working with software engineering teams
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-team dependencies
• Proactive mindset, ownership of tasks and problems, and clear written and verbal communication
• Nice to have: understanding of Agile practices and delivery metrics, and experience in payments or FinTech

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of software development processes, APIs and system integrations
