Technical Writer (Documentation & Workflow)

About the role

Quadcode is seeking a Technical Writer to cover a 1.5‑year maternity leave. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high‑quality documentation and describing workflows within the company’s task‑tracking system.

Key responsibilities

• Write and update documentation for product modules, technical solutions, guides, and regulations.
• Standardize document structure, formatting, and translation, and archive outdated content.
• Gather information from subject‑matter experts such as engineers, analysts, and product managers.
• Maintain the Confluence wiki space, including templates, navigation, and links.
• Troubleshoot rendering, plugin, and markup issues.
• Create and configure task‑tracker boards, filters, views, and automated rules.
• Investigate automation failures and rule malfunctions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical writer or documentation editor.
• Native Russian speaker with written English proficiency (B2 level).
• Proficiency with Confluence for creating and structuring content.
• Strong understanding of documentation structures such as guides, reference manuals, and technical solutions.
• Ability to research technical topics independently and work effectively with SMEs.
• Basic knowledge of front‑end, back‑end, microservices, and Git.
• Attention to detail regarding links, terminology, and template adherence.
