3D Environment Artist – Unity (Remote)

About the role

Starplay Games is looking for a talented 3D Environment Artist to create low‑poly and mid‑poly game environments for its mobile action‑adventure titles. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a fast‑moving, creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Model low‑poly and mid‑poly environment assets that match the game’s visual style.
• Produce high‑quality UV layouts and hand‑painted or tiled textures.
• Assemble scenes in Unity, set up lighting, colliders and other scene components.
• Work closely with game designers, technical artists and developers.
• Lead environment creation as the senior environment artist when required.

Required profile

• Passion for games and at least 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to create low‑poly/mid‑poly models and textures in a defined style.
• Experience with hand‑painted and tile‑based texturing techniques.
• Excellent UV unwrapping skills.
• Proficiency in Unity scene setup, lighting and collider configuration.
• Good teamwork, communication and initiative.
